For babies what counts is soft fabric, embroidered eyes rather than plastic ones, and firmly fixed parts. For older children a cuddly toy may be bigger and carry more detail. Always check the age marking on the label.
Washing
Most cuddly toys can go in a wash bag at thirty degrees. Toys with a sound module or a filling of beads are cleaned on the surface only, with a damp cloth. Let them dry flat.
