Pieces that hold together
The cut is tight enough that a finished section can be slid across the table without falling apart, which matters if the puzzle has to be moved off the dining table before a meal. The board is thick and does not curl.
Sizes and images
Most of the range sits at a thousand pieces, with a smaller number at fifteen hundred and above. The images are colourful rather than muted, so there is usually enough to sort by even in the darker areas.
