L.O.L. Surprise
L.O.L. Surprise from MGA is built around unwrapping: balls made of layers with dolls, clothes, accessories and surprises hidden inside, alongside doll's houses, cars and large play sets.
Balls and series
Each ball holds several layers with clues and accessories until the doll inside is finally revealed. There are dozens of series with rare figures among them, which is what drives the swapping and collecting in a playground.
After the unwrapping
Beyond the balls there are O.M.G. fashion dolls with full outfits, doll's houses, campers and furniture, so the play carries on once the last layer is off. That is the part that decides whether a set gets used twice or all year.
