Melissa & Doug Toys
Melissa & Doug is an American brand with a broad range of wooden toys, role-play sets and craft materials for children from about two to eight years old.
Role play that fills a corner
The play kitchens, food sets, market stalls, doctor's cases and cleaning sets are what the brand is best known for. They are large, sturdy and made to be used by two children at once, which is why they turn up so often in playgroups.
Puzzles and craft
Alongside those come chunky wooden puzzles with knobs, shape sorters, magnetic play and the thick sticker and colouring pads that keep a child busy at a table. Everything is tested against the strictest European safety standards.
