Posca 8K Markers
The Posca 8K has a chisel tip of eight millimetres, so the same pen draws a broad band or a thin line depending on how you hold it.
Two widths in one pen
Held flat the chisel lays down the full eight millimetres; turned on its edge it gives a line only a millimetre or two wide. That is what makes a chisel tip the choice for typography, where the thick and thin strokes of a letter come from the angle of the hand.
Who uses it
Street artists, decorators and designers use the 8K for filling large surfaces and for bold display lettering. The water-based pigment ink is opaque, dries fast and can be painted over, on paper, wood, glass, metal, textile and ceramic.
