The accessories cover all the loose parts with which a vacuum cleaner is maintained or extended: filters, hoses, tubes, nozzles for hard floors, parquet, carpet and furniture, crevice tools, brushes and connectors.
Replace the filters in time
A vacuum cleaner normally has a motor filter and an exhaust filter. Clogged filters are the most common cause of disappointing suction, more often than a full bag is. Many manufacturers advise replacing them once a year with normal use; the manual gives the interval that applies.
The right nozzle
A brush nozzle works well on hard floors but pushes dirt along on carpet, where a plain nozzle or a turbo brush is needed instead. A crevice tool reaches the edges and the car, which no general nozzle really does.
