In a Wasgij you do not build the image on the box; you build what happens next, or what the people in the scene are looking at. That means working from clues rather than copying, which is a completely different challenge. Solving it is genuinely satisfying in a way a normal jigsaw is not.

Which edition suits you

Original asks what the characters can see, Destiny shows a scene from the past and asks for the present, and Mystery asks what happens next. All three are usually a thousand pieces and take longer than a standard puzzle of the same size. Start with an Original if it is your first, since the idea is easiest to grasp.
