Swim Essentials Inflatable Figures
The inflatable figures from Swim Essentials are the large floats for the pool and the beach: rings, animals, fruit shapes and loungers with a print. They are made for floating about and for photographs more than for swimming lessons.
What is available
The range runs from a small ring for a child to a lounger of nearly two metres for an adult, with valves that let the air out quickly again. The printed models keep their colour in the sun better than plain plastic.
Using them safely
A float is not a swimming aid. On open water the wind pushes an inflatable away from the bank surprisingly quickly, so keep them for the pool or hold them on a line.
