Toy Farm Animals
Farm animals for play: cows, horses, pigs, sheep, chickens and goats as single figures and in complete sets.
The first animals a child names
Farm animals are usually the first a toddler can name and imitate, which makes them a natural place to start a collection. A cow that can be held and moved sticks in the memory far better than a picture of one. Sets with a fence and a trough give the animals somewhere to belong.
Building a farmyard
Most figures are made to a roughly consistent scale, so animals from different sets can share the same barn. Add a stable, a tractor and a few bales and a child will play for an hour without a word from anyone. Painted solid plastic wipes clean, which matters once the farm has been outside.
