Swim Essentials Swimming Bands
The swimming bands from Swim Essentials are the classic inflatable bands for the upper arm, with two separate air chambers so that air remains if one of them is damaged. They come in sizes by age, from about one to six years.
Size and inflating
Choose the size by the age on the packaging and inflate both chambers fully, so that the band sits close around the arm without pinching. A band that turns easily around the arm is too big.
Getting used to the water
