Football Goals

Choosing by space and age
For the youngest children a goal of about a metre wide is enough, while children from around eight prefer to shoot at one of two to three metres. Measure the garden and allow room behind and beside the goal.
Putting up and storing
Pop-up goals open and fold away in seconds, which is ideal if the grass is mown regularly. Goals with a tube frame are sturdier and usually stay up all season; peg them down so they cannot tip in the wind.
