Djeco Craft Kits
The craft kits from the French brand Djeco contain everything a project needs: the material, the parts and an illustrated set of instructions. Almost nothing has to be found around the house, which is what makes them work on a wet afternoon or as a present.
Choosing on age
Djeco states an age on every kit, and it is worth taking seriously. Sets with stickers, mosaics and large pieces are meant from about four; sets involving a needle, thread, plaster or small beads start at seven or eight and sometimes want an adult sitting alongside.
What you will find
Mosaics with foam stickers, wool figures, embroidery on card, plaster casts to paint and kits for making jewellery or decorations. Each one ends in a finished object rather than in a pile of leftovers.
