Edushape Balls
Edushape balls are soft, light balls with a textured surface. The best known is the sensory ball with small raised points, which is easy to grip and pleasant to hold for a baby's hand.
Feeling and grasping
The raised surface gives a young child something to hold on to, so the ball does not roll straight out of the hands again. The material is soft enough to catch without a fright and light enough to throw indoors.
Sizes and use
The small balls of about ten centimetres are for babies and toddlers; the larger ones from eighteen centimetres are for rolling back and forth and for a first game of catch. Wash them in lukewarm water.
